Mike Driggers, Chief financial Officer
As chief financial officer of Weslock, Mike Driggers will focus on leading the growing company in all areas of financial, treasury and tax management.
Mike brings operational and financial experience to Weslock from his 25 year career with Brunswick Corporation, a Fortune 200 company. His previous positions with Brunswick include chief financial officer of the outdoor recreation group and vice president of finance and international operations for the Zebco fishing division.
Previously, Mike led Weslock for five years as president and chief executive officer. Mike directed initiatives including the company’s plant relocation to Asia, product sourcing, new product development, and commitment to quality and service.
As the chief executive officer, his responsibilities included leadership in strategic planning with the board of directors and oversight of all departments within the company.
Clint Brumble, president
Clint Brumble led the customer-centric sales force at Weslock for several years and will now put these skills to use as he leads the company in his new position as president.
The longest tenured member of the Weslock team with more than six years at the company, Clint served as vice president of finance for Weslock before national sales manager, a position he held for five years.
As president of Weslock, his responsibilities include oversight and strategic planning of all departments, including the domestic and international sales teams, marketing and product development.
Clint brings with him his degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas in accounting and finance. He began his career at Arthur Andersen as an accountant before joining Weslock in 1998 and also has more than 15 years of residential building experience.
VP Sales Managers
In 2008, Matt Hocutt accepted the position of Vice President Eastern Sales Manager and Bob Koewing accepted the position of Vice President Western Sales Manager. They both report to the President of Weslock and charged with the responsibility of facilitating, coordinating, and developing all sales activities in their respective territories. Additionally, with combined efforts of the management team, they are responsible to consistently grow the brand awareness and reputation of Weslock.
Bob Koewing joined Weslock in 2001 as a Sales Representative managing the Oklahoma and Texas territories, as well as the ProBuild account. Since then he was promoted to Senior Sales Consultant and now effectively serves as a vice president. Bob graduated from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Weslock his experience included time in the custom home building industry where he led sales and marketing efforts while supervising construction.
Matt Hocutt joined Weslock in 2004 as a Sales Representative managing the southeastern territory of the United States. During that time he actively pursued and developed the distribution, retail and builder channels. Since then he was promoted to Senior Sales Consultant and now effectively serves as a vice president. Matt came to Weslock with over 15 years experience in the builder industry. With a degree in Business Management from Faulkner University, he worked in the door industry where he led the efforts of sourcing, strategic growth, and day to day activities.
With sales and management experience in the construction industry, combined with their experience at Weslock, Matt and Bob hope to continue the growth of Weslock as they educate our industry on why Weslock is the number one choice.
